We do wish people of different ages and abilities can enjoy improvisational dance, learn from the diversities and break the barriers among people through our regular dance classes, workshops and performances.
Dance Workshop
People of different ages and with mixed abilities are encouraged to express themselves freely through their body movements in the workshop.
T & L Research
Facilitators completed the “DanceAbility Teacher Certification” course can continue to learn and accumulate experience in improvisational dance practice and performance.
Dancer Programme
We recruited dancers of different ages and physical abilities to work with our facilitators to promote improvisational dances through public performances and collaborate workshops.
Outreach Programme
We collaborates with difference organisations to promote our mission and provide opportunities for the public to experience improvisational dance.
